The 2026 Annual Conference Series continues! Following three spirit-filled, transformative sessions across Maryland and North Carolina, we are excited to pivot our focus to the historic 160th Session of the Virginia Annual Conference.

What You Need to Know
1. Full Digital Access Continues - We are keeping the virtual doors wide open! All Business Sessions and Worship Services for the Virginia Annual Conference will be available via livestream. We invite our global family to tune in on YouTube and Facebook to witness our account of stewardship and share in our spirit-filled worship in real-time.
2. Roll Call & Schedule - The Official Roll Call will take place at its traditional time during Business Session 1. To maintain a standard of discipline and order, all delegates should be in place and ready to convene according to the official itinerary. Please check the District website for the full time-table.
3. Episcopal Appointments - To ensure a standard of order and excellence, appointments are strictly required for any pastor or clergy member wishing to meet with Bishop Seawright on Tuesday at 4:00 PM. Please contact Sister Nell Hayes via email at execbishop133@amec2.com to secure your time slot. Thank you for your partnership in managing the Bishop’s schedule effectively.
